We must invest effort in “planted in the house of the Lord.”
The young, refreshed strength of our nation, the brightest of our sons, should be dedicating themselves exclusively to the study of all aspects of the Torah, concentrating all their efforts to learning Torah for its own sake, through love and reverence for Hashem: the comprehensive and in-depth study of Shas and the poskim, studying insights into yirat shamayim, emuna and Jewish thought from the foundations expounded by the Jewish sages throughout the generations. All these are studied from the perspective of the main concepts discussed at length by Rav Avraham Yitzchak HaCohen Kook ztz”l: dibrat haketz hameguleh – the revealed (evident) end of the Exile; and ohr hayeshua haz’rucha – the light of the dawning salvation; and the emuna of our times, when Hashem is with Am Yisrael in the building of our state, in tremulous joy at Hashem’s redemption of this nation.

Yeshivat Har Hamor was founded in Jerusalem in 5758 (1998), by the pupils of our rabbis and teachers Rav Zvi Yehuda HaCohen Kook, ztz”l and his father, Rav Avraham Yitzchak HaCohen Kook ztz”l.
I will build you again, and you shall be built, O virgin of Israel; you shall again be adorned with your timbrels, and shall go forth in the dances of the merrymakers

Har Hamor’s advanced yeshiva was founded in 1998 in Jerusalem, and is located in a permanent building in Jerusalem’s Chomat Shmuel neighborhood. The yeshiva focuses on increasing Torah study throughout Am Yisrael, and views its national mission as the training of idealistic and erudite talmidei chachamim who will be genuine partners in the shaping of the State of Israel’s spiritual image and in leading the internal processes unfolding in Am Yisrael in this generation of revival, guided by the redemptive teachings expounded by our rabbi and teacher Rav Avraham Yitzchak HaCohen Kook ztz”l and his son Rav Zvi Yehuda HaCohen Kook, ztz”l.
