שִׁיר הַמַּעֲלוֹת בְּשׁוּב ה’ אֶת שִׁיבַת צִיּוֹן הָיִינוּ כְּחֹלְמִים.
Every year the yeshiva – along with all of Am Yisrael, celebrates the beginning of the flowering or our Redemption with festive davening, dancing and a festive meal.
וְנָתַתִּי רוּחִי בָכֶם וִחְיִיתֶם,
וְהִנַּחְתִּי אֶתְכֶם עַל-אַדְמַתְכֶם;
וִידַעְתֶּם כִּי-אֲנִי ה’,
דִּבַּרְתִּי וְעָשִׂיתִי–נְאֻם-ה’.
“‘And I will put My spirit in you, and you shall live, and I will place you in your own land; and you shall know that I, Hashem have spoken, and performed it,’ says Hashem.” (Yechezkel 37:14)
